On Complex Manifolds and Observable Schemes

We work out the construction of a Stein manifold from a commutative Arens-Michael algebra, under assumptions that are mild enough for the process to be useful in practice. Then, we do the passage to arbitrary complex manifolds by proposing a suitable notion of scheme. On the geometry underlying a real Lie algebra representation

Let $G$ be a real Lie group with Lie algebra $\mathfrak g$. Given a unitary representation $\pi$ of $G$, one obtains by differentiation a representation $d\pi$ of $\mathfrak g$ by unbounded, skew-adjoint operators. Representations of $\mathfrak g$ admitting such a description are called \emph{integrable,} and they can be geometrically seen as the action of $\mathfrak g$ by derivations on the algebra of representative functions $g\mapsto$, which are naturally defined on the homogeneous space $M=G/\ker\pi$. In other words, integrable representations of a real Lie algebra can always be seen as realizations of that algebra by vector fields on a homogeneous manifold. Here we show how to use the coproduct of the universal enveloping algebra of $\mathfrak g$ to generalize this to representations which are not necessarily integrable. The geometry now playing the role of $M$ is a locally homogeneous space. Também é feito uma escrita experimental e fotografias que são resultantes de uma deriva realizada em Julho de 2016. Escala de actitudes hacia la tecnología en la labor docente aplicada a profesores de primaria de informática educativa en Costa Rica. Análisis de validez y confiabilidad

Artículo retractado. This paper examines the results obtained from the validity and reliability analysis of the constructed “Attitudes Toward Technology in Teaching” scale. Data were collected from 319 tutors and teachers of educational informatics working in Costa Rican public primary schools. The schools work under the National Program on Educational Informatics for grades I to VI of the Costa Rican Ministry of Education and the Omar Dengo Foundation. The scale was first composed of 115 items which sere divided into eleven categories. Further analysis allowed a reordering of the categories and the removal of several items with factor loadings lower than 0.4 and correlations lower than 0.3. The reliability analysis resulted in a Cronbach's coefficient alpha of 0.8985, leading to the conclusion that the scale is reliable. Finally, taking into account the obtained results, a new scales was constructed with 41 items, grouped in seven categories and subdivided into two dimensions.Artículo Retractado. En este documento se presenta el resultado del análisis de validez y confiabilidad de la Escala de Actitudes hacia la Tecnología en la Labor Docente, aplicada a 319 tutores y maestros de informática educativa de educación primaria pública en Costa Rica, cuyos centros educativos están adscritos al Programa Nacional de Informática Educativa para I y II Ciclos del Ministerio de Educación Pública y de la Fundación Omar Dengo. La escala inicial estuvo conformada por 115 ítemes divididos en once categorías. Los análisis realizados permitieron un reordenamiento de las categorías de la escala y desechar varios ítemes cuyas cargas factoriales eran inferiores a 0.4 y correlaciones inferiores a 0.3. En el análisis de confiabilidad se obtuvo un Alfa de Cronbach de 0.8985 para concluir que la escala final tiene una muy buena consistencia interna. Finalmente, con los resultados obtenidos se construyó una nueva escala con 41 ítemes agrupados en siete categorías y estas en dos dimensiones

Sustainability Analysis in La Amistad Panama Biosphere Reserve

Diese Studie ist ein Bewertungsmodell der Nachhaltigkeit in einem Biosphärenreservat. Es wurde im La Amistad Panama Biosphärenreservat (RBLAP), im Nordwesten der Republik von Panama in Mittelamerika eingesetzt. Das Bewertungsmodell, welches hier dargestellt wird, soll universell in der Analyse der Nachhaltigkeit in allen anderen Biosphärenreservaten der Welt anwendbar sein. Aufgrund der Existenz von zahlreichen Indikatoren zur Nachhaltigkeit, habe ich in dieser Forschung als Hauptmethode die von der Kommission der Vereinten Nationen empfohlenen Indikatoren für nachhaltige Entwicklung (CSD-Indikatoren) verwendet, unter Berücksichtigung der Tatsache, dass diese komplette Reihe von Indikatoren, in umfangreichen globalen Konsultationen bereits diskutiert und mit breitem Konsens in der globalen Agenda (zu diesem Thema) angenommen wurden. Diese Studie zeigt auch, im Sinne einer didaktischen Übung, wie Empfehlungen zu Fragen der nachhaltigen Entwicklung in globalen Foren weiterentwickelt wurden, vor allem seit 1980 mit der Veröffentlichung des World Conservation Strategy der IUCN (International Union for Nature Conservation) und dem Brundtland-Bericht von 1987 sowie Folgekonferenzen der Vereinten Nationen über die Entwicklung und Umwelt. Based from these ideas, the concept of the Biosphere Reserve developed the own conceptual framework, or guidelines of sustainable development, beyond the biological issue of biodiversity conservation per se. Anhand dieser Ideen, das Konzept des Biosphärenreservats innerhalb des eigenen konzeptionellen Rahmen hinzugefügt, diese Leitlinien der nachhaltigen Entwicklung, über die Frage der Erhaltung der biologischen Vielfalt an sich. Die vorgeschlagenen Indikatoren zur Beurteilung der Nachhaltigkeit in einem Biosphärenreservat werden von dem internationalen Kontext unterstützt und ermöglichen somit deren universelle Anwendung. Die Bewertung der einzelnen CSD -Indikatoren in LAPBR war notwendig, um mit Sicherheit, das Ausmaß der Fläche des Biosphärenreservats zu definieren. Diese Studie untersucht die Grenzen des Kerns, Puffer- und Übergangszonen des LAPBR. Das vorhandene Kartenmaterial wurde aktualisiert und verbessert, weil viele Indikatoren eine präzise Flächenangabe erfordern, um in der Studie untersucht werden zu können. Das Ergebnis der Nachhaltigkeitsanalyse basiert auf einem Netzwerk von Indikatoren, die in drei Säulen eingeteilt werden. Diese drei Hauptsäulen der nachhaltigen Entwicklung werden in dieser Forschung vorgestellt: Die Sozial-, Umwelt- und Wirtschaftsfragen. Diese Säulen sind in Unterthemen unterteilt, um so auch didaktische Zwecke zu erfüllen. So hat das RBLAP einen Gesamtfortschritt von 56,3% in der Nachhaltigkeit aufzuweisen, was einen sehr geringen Prozentsatz im Vergleich zu dem minimalen annehmbaren Wert von > 70% darstellt. Betrachtet man die Analyse der nachhaltigen Entwicklung in den drei einzelnen Säulen, so bekommt man die besten Werte im Bereich Umwelt mit 73,3%, gefolgt von 46,7% im sozialen Bereich und 36,1 % für den wirtschaftlichen Bereich. In der Synopse der Studie wird ersichtlich, dass bei Einteilung der CSD-Indikatoren in Unterthemen, die Vervendbarkeit dieser der allgemeine Öffentlichkeit und bei Entscheidungsträgern möglich ist. Ebenso können diese Indikatoren für die Entwicklung von Programmen und Projekten in Biosphärenreservaten bei denen man das Niveau der Fortschritte in der nachhaltigen Entwicklung erhöhen will dienlich sein
